Samples & Examples
We are well aware of the importance of samples and examples. That is why we try to clarify all possible combinations (of burning, processing and finishing) via the website shou-sugi-ban.pro, using photos and videos. This way, you can already get an idea of the various textures.

In the course of 2020 there will be a location available where you and/or your customer can come and have a look at the possibilities.

We do not sell wood!
We burn wood at the request of the timber trade and contractors. We do not wish to be or become a competitor to our customers. Product-Proof delivers added value to the products of the timber trade or contractors.

Practically speaking, we have two types of customers:
  1. The contractor as customer
  2. The timber merchant as customer
The contractor orders his wood from the timber supplier and then brings it to us. The contractor then collects the timber himself.

The timber merchant (or importer) can also offer burnt timber themselves. Product-Proof burns the wood for them. Timber traders supply timber to contractors or for their own needs.

The deeper you burn, the more "durable" the wood becomes.

Product-Proof always checks whether the supplied wood meets the FSC requirements. In other words, only wood with an FSC label is burnt.

ENVIRONMENT
Product-Proof examines on a regular basis whether its working methods can be adjusted so that the whole of its activities does not have an (additional) negative impact on the environment.
